Forest Flyers Ninja Academy is committed to teaching kids to face life’s obstacles and challenges with courage, determination, resilience, and grit through fun and fitness. Our facility features a wide range of activities, including structured ninja classes, birthday parties, private events, and more–combining the thrill of ninja warrior-style courses with expert instructors to help children stay active, care for their well-being, and thrive in a supportive community. Last week, Emmett and Jason ventured down to Ninja Connect in Cincinnati. Ninja Connect is a ninja gym specific conference that brings together coaches and owners of ninja programs across the US and Canada. 🤸‍♀️

Ninja Connect was held at the Kids First Village. This place was amazing–they’ve been around 53 years! They started out with 17 kids in a church for a gymnastics program and have grown to a campus covering 15.4 acres, 183,000 sq ft across 3 buildings. Over 20,000 people walk through their doors each week. Their programs now cover gymnastics, ninja, swimming, dance, cheer, taekwondo, and aerials.

After attending Ninja Connect, we have no doubt that there’s much to look forward to with the future of ninja. Ninja league participation is increasing. There will be a ninja component in the 2028 Olympics as part of the Pentathlon. The groundwork is being laid to it becoming its own stand alone sport in the Olympics. We could be planting the seeds right now in the U.P. for our next Olympic athlete. 👀

We left the conference energized and inspired on how to continue to strengthen our curriculum, course design, and cultivating a culture within the gym that everyone will be proud of being a part of. 🌟

Can’t commit to weekly classes? Our drop in passes allow you to join in on classes (availability dependent) when it works for your schedule! Drop in passes never expire and can be redeemed by anyone on your family account. One drop in pass = one class.

School’s almost back in session, which means our homeschool classes are returning! 🤸‍♀️

Our homeschool classes are an opportunity for the homeschooled kiddos in our community to gather, get some movement in, and conquer epic challenges with ninja!

Homeschool classes are open to kiddos ages 5-13. All skill levels are welcome, and our instructors are here to help your kiddo build skills and take on challenges at their own pace.

Get ready for another epic season of ninja – we are NOW ENROLLING for our fall schedule!

With a variety of classes grouped by age offered throughout the week, there’s plenty of opportunities for ninja during the week. Ninja classes build strength, agility, coordination, body awareness, along with confidence, determination, and grit through weekly training on our fully-equipped ninja course.

Through dynamic challenges and skill building, you’ll see improvement week by week through consistent training. There’s always something new to learn and an epic challenge to conquer! 💪

Important Forest Flyers class information:

📅 Our fall class schedule begins Tuesday, September 8. Note: we will not hold classes Monday, September 7 in observance of the holiday.

✅ If your ninja is currently enrolled in a class on the fall schedule, you do not need to take any action to get into the fall class. You are already enrolled and your spot is saved in the fall schedule.

🔀 To transfer into a new class for fall, email us ([email protected])

➡️ Weekly classes are available for kiddos ages 3 - 17 and are grouped by age. All classes maintain a maximum 10:1 student-to-instructor ratio to ensure proper training.

⏰We have a wide variety of class times available during the evening (including a few Saturday morning classes) for you to find what works best for your schedule. Classes run for 50 minutes (40 minutes for our preschool classes).

Geared for kiddos ages 3-5, our preschool classes meet weekly and introduce your kiddo to ninja through obstacles and courses designed for their age level.
