🏛️ What an INCREDIBLE Trip! Our Negaunee 8th Graders Take on Washington, D.C.! 🇺🇸

We are SO proud of our amazing 8th graders! 101 students — alongside 21 dedicated chaperones — just returned from an unforgettable journey to our nation's capital, and the memories made will last a lifetime!

Over the course of the trip, our students had the opportunity to experience history, science, and civic life up close like never before:

🐘 National Zoo 🦕 National Museum of Natural History🎖️ National Museum of American History 🏠Mount Vernon🏛️ The United States Capitol Building 🪦 Arlington National Cemetery 📜 National Archives

This trip was more than just a field trip — it was a living classroom, and watching our students engage with history firsthand was absolutely priceless.

But here's the truth: none of this would have been possible without the incredible generosity of our local businesses and community donors. Your contributions helped make this experience a reality for every single one of our students who expressed interest in the trip, regardless of circumstance.
