How any good gymnastics coach puts up a new clock. High beam raised as high as it can go, silver vault mat tipped on its side, sock on a string, trophies holding the clock. Crown always on! 🖤💚🤪

Learning hard skills starts way before you’re actually doing hard skills. Our parent and tot classes are loving standing up and doing ta-da on the bar, coaches are loving them starting to learn gold level skills 5-7 years before they’ll need it. Skill progression planning at every level. 💚🖤

Week 2 was extra fun if not a bit chaotic without Coach Elizabeth here (a huge thank you to Coach Jake, Audrey, and Nelia for helping keep the mischief managed). Our awesome team kids ran routines this week for the first time which is always difficult. Their strength and perseverance is so inspiring. Four weeks until our first meet and these kids are going to rock it. Our rec kids worked on glides, handstands, and rolling which is always super fun!
