Middle School Day 2 ✔️

Today felt a little more like a “normal” school day! 📚 Our middle school students started with God’s Word before rotating through all of their middle school classes: ELA/Art, Math, Social Studies/History, Leadership, PE, Science, and STEAM Lab/Chromebook Rules.

After a devotion with Principal Seim, students put their teamwork, problem-solving, and perseverance to the test with our Egg Drop Challenge! 🥚

It was a fun day of learning, growing, and working together—and we’re excited for all that this school year has in store! 💙💛

Middle School Day 1 ✔️

What a great first day of middle school! Today was all about building our team and setting the tone for an incredible year. Students spent the day exploring God’s goals for us, our Knights Code, teamwork, challenges, and what it means to work together. 💙

Rather than jumping straight into a typical school day, we focused on getting to know one another, building relationships, and remembering that we are stronger when we work together—with Christ at the center of it all. ✝️

Tomorrow, we’ll ease into a little more of the “school” part of school… 📚 and finish the afternoon with a fun Egg Drop Challenge!

We can’t wait to see what our Knights accomplish together this year!

Today, some of the team took a last minute excursion before school starts next week! A little adventure, some fun, and a great chance to enjoy time together before another school year begins. We’re almost ready to welcome our students back! 💙

Ready for the 2026–2027 School Year? 🎉

We’re excited to welcome our NLS families back for another school year!

Grades 3K–5: Back-To-School Teacher visits began last week and continue this week! Be sure to schedule your visit through your student’s teacher classroom page, which can be accessed through the NLS Family Hub.

Grades 6–8: Middle School Orientation is tomorrow, Monday, August 17, at 5:30 p.m. We’ll meet in the gym. The Fall Athletics Meeting for students in grades 5–8 will immediately follow at approximately 7:30 p.m.

Installation Services: We’re also excited to celebrate the installation of Miss Lilly Shambeau, 4th Grade Teacher, and Mrs. Jessica Krueger, Kindergarten Teacher, next weekend:
Saturday, August 22 | 6:00 p.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church
