Alliance Charter Open House is TODAY Wednesday, August 26th from 5:00-6:30PM. ✏️This is the best time to bring school supplies, pay fees, meet the staff, get the events calendar for the year from our PTA, and get a sneak peek of the school before the first day.
💻Don’t forget to check your child’s classroom placement in Infinite Campus and pay your NJSD Fees.

Alliance Charter Elementary is now collecting ALL squeezable yogurt and applesauce pouches through TerraCycle's recycling program — and the best part? We get cash back for our school every time we send a batch in! 🎉

If you have applesauce and/or yogurt pouches and caps that you have been saving over the summer, please drop them in the box in the vestibule during Open House or have your child deliver them to the office. We will take it from there! Since we started collecting pouches, we have sent in 2 large boxes of pouches and caps totaling 29.7 pounds! Thank you for helping our environment!

Here's how easy it is:

4K: $34 Snack + Headphones
K: No additional fees (field trips supported through fundraising efforts)
E1: $25 School Supplies (field trips supported through fundraising efforts)
E2: No additional fees (field trips supported through fundraising efforts)
NJSD fees: $45 will be in your Infinite Campus Parent Portal
Alliance fees can be paid prior to or during Open House using our Venmo. Please be certain to indicate in the “What’s this for” section who and what you are paying for. For example: E1 Supplies for Carrie Naparalla. Fees, including NJSD fees can also be paid at Open House with cash or check. Please do not pay NJSD fees using our Venmo, those are paid in Infinite Campus.

Welcome to Alliance Charter from our Governance Board!

The ACEC Governance Board will be meeting for our regular monthly meeting on Tuesday, August 11th, 2026 at 7pm. The ACEC Board will be meeting IN PERSON at Alliance Charter Elementary 920 Higgins St in the school Library. All are welcome to attend in person or through Google Meet.

The Alliance Charter Education Corporation (ACEC) is the governing body that is responsible for overseeing the operations and ensuring it adheres to its charter and legal requirements. The purpose of this corporation is to govern Alliance Charter Elementary School (“Alliance”), including but not limited to providing input to the Neenah Joint School District (“NJSD”) and to make decisions regarding Alliance’s structure and curriculum, daily operations, staffing and support services, budgeting and fundraising, strategic planning, facilitating use of community resources, and in general, planning and carrying out activities to support Alliance’s curriculum, teachers, and parents in partnership with the Neenah Joint School District. Board Members work to support the mission and vision of the school, and to uphold the expectations outlined in the Charter Agreement.

Alliance Charter also has an active Parent Teacher Alliance (PTA). The PTA's focus is to plan and coordinate “fun” school events. Examples include: Game Night, Fall Fest, Teacher Appreciation, End of Year Celebration, etc. This group is NOT the Governance Board and has no voting rights, charter/legal/curricular responsibilities, or fundraising.
