Lakeview Elementary

Lakeview Elementary Grades served: Kindergarten - Grade 4/ Enrollment: Approximately 360 students The current building was constructed in five phases, ranging from 1858-1968.

Location & History: Lakeview Elementary holds on to its roots as a country school, although the city of Neenah is fast encroaching on its acres of playground that are often shared with deer and other wildlife. It is one of the largest elementary schools in the district, drawing from farm families, new subdivisions and apartment complexes. The original Town of Neenah Lakeview School was established

in 1856 with 13 pupils attending. The school was closed due to low enrollment in 1983 and reopened in 1988, an experience that has bonded parents and staff in a distinctive way.

Our new kindergarten classes kicked off the 2026-2027 school year with our Kindergarten Playdate! All the kids got to meet their awesome teachers and new classmates while learning things about each other. We are so excited to get this school year started!

Kids get to do fun activities with the kindergarten teachers while parents get information about Lakeview in the gym with our principal❤️

Our staff had so much fun yesterday making their own drinks with the dirty soda bar!! They also got some yummy Uncle Mike's Food Emporium kringles on Tuesday along with a fruit bar! Thank you to everyone who donated food, time, and/or money to spoil all these wonderful people!!
