Lakeview Elementary Grades served: Kindergarten - Grade 4/ Enrollment: Approximately 360 students The current building was constructed in five phases, ranging from 1858-1968.

Location & History: Lakeview Elementary holds on to its roots as a country school, although the city of Neenah is fast encroaching on its acres of playground that are often shared with deer and other wildlife. It is one of the largest elementary schools in the district, drawing from farm families, new subdivisions and apartment complexes. The original Town of Neenah Lakeview School was established in 1856 with 13 pupils attending. The school was closed due to low enrollment in 1983 and reopened in 1988, an experience that has bonded parents and staff in a distinctive way.
