My name is Michelle and I am the main caregiver for Scribbles and Giggles Family Childcare in which I started in 2012 and is certified through the state. Growing up I was raised in an in-home childcare setting in which my mother was the provider. Before I decided to start an in-home childcare I managed restaurants and received an associates degree in Health Care Administration. Although I didn't g

o to school for Early Childhood Education I have experience as a nanny during the summer months as a teenager and I also have my own children. I offer themed activities that are developmentally appropriate. Activities can include Arts and Crafts, Music and Movement, Reading and Language Skills, Math, Science and Sensory, Outdoor Play and Dramatic Play. Children also learn important life lessons such as Self Help and Safety, Patience, Teamwork, Responsibility and Compassion for self and others. Children are also encouraged to use his or her imagination and own ideas. I understand that all children are unique and special in their own way therefore I am committed to working with families to ensure what is best for your child.
