After a nationwide search, Palo Verde Community College District Board of Trustees is pleased to announce the three finalists selected in the search for its next Superintendent/President.

Each finalist will have the opportunity to visit the Palo Verde College campus and participate in public forums during the week of August 17, 2026. The campus community and public are encouraged to attend the forums, learn more about each candidate, and participate in the selection process.

Happy 1st day of Fall 2026 at Palo Verde College!🍎

As a reminder, the Needles Center is OPEN. Use the front (Broadway St.) entrance to acces the building. Park in the lot on E. St and Broadway to avoid walking in the heat.

- In-person classes will be held at the center. Arrive at least 15 min before the start of your class. Stop by the front desk for the list of where your classes will be held while the center is being repaired

- Online classes: check Canvas for your module, log in, & review the syllabus. Email your instructors for questions.

- Hybrid classes: For classes that will be online and in-person, check Canvas for directions on your first in-person meeting date and assignment expectations.

There is still time to be a student at Palo Verde College. Apply at paloverde.edu and make an appointment with a counselor/educational advisor to start your journey today!

Exciting News - The Needles Center OPENS to the students and public again on Tuesday, August 11! Use the front (Broadway St.) entrance to access inside the building for the duration of the construction to repair the water damage.

The Center and main campus are CLOSED Monday, August 12 for professional development.

Classes at the Needles Center will be conducted on site.

First day of classes begin Wednesday, August 12. Stop by the front desk for a print out of the temporary location of your in-person or ITV class. Thank you for all your thoughts and good wishes.

The basement remains CLOSED.

The Needles Center and Palo Verde College appreciates your patience as we restore the building.
