Four SFA alums participated in the 2026 China-US College Fencing, Daniel Zhang (Harvard University), Castor Kao (Yale University), Bridgette Ouyang (Northwestern University), and Lydia Shen (Princeton University).

Congratulations to Daniel on earning the gold medal in men’s foil and all SFA fencers on successfully achieving the “people-to-people” exchange!

2026 Fencing Senior World Championships

This year we have 3 SFA fencers competing in the World Championships:

Jaelyn Liu (USA)
Biko Tolba (Egypt)
Uzair Badroel Zafran Rizwan (Malaysia)

Our fencers performed amazingly.
Biko finished 12th in men’s foil and Jaelyn finished 16th in women’s foil.
In women’s team event, Jaelyn earned a silver medal for team USA!

Y10 Women’s Foil at Summer Nationals

It’s a grand finale. In the final of event of Summer Nationals, Karalina was crowned as the Y10 National Champion! We are so proud of you!
It’s the wrap up of Summer Nationals. SFA fencers totally won 10 medals including 3 gold medals🥇, 2 silver medals🥈, and 2 bronze medals. We would like to congratulate all fencers who participated, won medals, or earned national points. We also would like to thank all parents who supported and helped our fencers. Finally, we want to thank all SFA coaches for their hard work, patience, and dedication.
