All aboard the Wonder Garden Train! Heavy work builds muscle, calms and organizes the nervous system, and can be lots of fun.

Hooray! It’s Buckeye (or horse chestnut, or conker) season! We went on a buckeye hunt and filled our wagon. Buckeye shells are prickly but one friend showed us how to pick them up with a leaf so we don’t get poked. It was very exciting to hammer the shells open and discover tiny buckeyes inside. What will we do with the buckeyes? We can’t wait for the children to show us.
