A heartfelt thank you to everyone from Necedah and Melrose-Mindoro who donated to the Massman family last night! Thanks to your generosity we are able to send over $1,100 to them to help them during this difficult time.

Attention Cardinal Football supporters and community members:

At this Friday's game vs Melrose-Mindoro, we will show our support for Alma Center Lincoln quarterback Adam Massman, his family, and the Alma-Center Lincoln School Community. Last Thursday, in the Hornets' season-opening game, Adam suffered a severe head injury and was rushed to the hospital. Two days later, he passed away as a result of that injury.

Prior to Friday's kickoff and before the national anthem, we will hold a moment of silence in Adam's memory. Additionally, there will be free-will offering collected during Friday's game. All funds raised will be sent to the Massman family along with a card signed by both the Necedah and Melrose-Mindoro football teams.

We can't imagine what Adam's family, teammates, coaches, friends, and the entire Alma Center Lincoln community are going through right now, but we want to do our small part to show the support that they all have far and wide.
