❤️‍🔥🚨🚒HAPPY FIRE SAFETY WEEK🚨🚒❤️‍🔥

Miss Taylor and Allies class had some really cool visitors this morning! We learned so much!

🔥what number to call in case of an emergency9️⃣1️⃣1️⃣ and what to say

🔥 what to do if our clothes catch on fire🛑⬇️🔄

🔥not to hide from firefighters, even though they don’t look like themselves in their gear👨🏼‍🚒

🔥 we charge ALL devices on a flat surface and make sure it is not covered!

Then, of course, we had to check out the truck!

Thanks for visiting us NCFD!❤️‍🔥

🎉 25 YEARS OF FIRST STEP LEARNING CENTER! 🎉

What an adventure it has been! ❤️

Twenty-five years ago, I never could have imagined where this journey would take me. What started as a dream has become 25 years filled with children, families, friendships, memories, hard work, challenges, and so much love.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of watching so many little ones grow into adults with families of their own. And one of the most special parts is now watching some of their children come through our doors—and even having some of those children grow up and come back to work alongside me. ❤️ Watching those relationships come full circle is something I will always treasure.

First Step has also given me something I will forever be grateful for—the opportunity to be with my own children and watch them grow. They were able to be with me at work when they needed childcare, and as they got older, they were able to work side-by-side with me. And now I get to watch my grandchildren be part of First Step too. 🥰

Behind these 25 years are countless hours, long days, sacrifices, hard work, and a whole lot of heart. There have certainly been challenges, but I kept showing up, believing in what I was building and working to make First Step the best it could be.

25 years…who would have thought? 🥹❤️

I am so proud of what First Step has become and so thankful for the life this little dream has given me.

Here’s to 25 years of First Step—and all the memories and generations still to come! 🎈❤️
