Nazareth Area Middle School hosted a four-day Summer Cooking Camp from June 15–18, led by Family & Consumer Sciences teachers Kristen Stout and Mary Ellen Caracappa. Twenty-two middle school students participated in the camp, where they learned valuable kitchen skills, food safety practices, teamwork, and cooking techniques through a variety of hands-on culinary activities. Working in small groups, students prepared and sampled a range of recipes while building confidence and creativity in the kitchen. The camp provided a fun and engaging opportunity for students to explore their interest in cooking while making new friends and enjoying delicious creations.

A Full-time Business Computer Information Technology PK -12 position focusing on Digital Careers is anticipated for the 2026-2027 school year in the Nazareth Area School District, with an initial assignment at Nazareth Area Middle School.
