W. B. Bizzell Academy

Bizzell Academy serves high school students in Navasota I.S.D. Students will use the Edgenuity program to complete their work on the computer. Using this program provides flexibility to meed individual student needs. All of our courses are self-paced allowing students to complete their high school education in three rather than four years. Students have the option to graduate with a multidisciplinary endorsement. It is an expectation that all students obtain their CCMR point. Also, Bizzell Academy students that have children have the option of using the on campus daycare provided by Navasota I.S.D. Bizzell Academy's vision is a school where all students are engaged in online learning and receive a high-quality education. Bizzell Academy should prepare students for graduation and a future after high school. Diversity should be acknowledged and celebrated to ensure a sense of belonging. William Bennet Bizzell was superintendent of Navasota from 1900 - 1910. He went on to become president of Texas A&M University and The University of Oklahoma.
