Congratulations Miss Lillian Mahan, representing Martial Arts America - Navasota and The University of Sidekicks at the Texas Open Martial Arts Championships. She is bringing home a Gold Medal in Creative Forms, a Silver Medal in Creative Weapons, and two Bronze Medals in Traditional Forms and Traditional Weapons.

Congratulations to Miss Lillian Mahan, she is in Detroit, MI this weekend competing in the 2021 WKC National Championships and she has earned her spot on Team USA for the World Championships to be hosted in Orlando, FL in October!!!

7D Ranch Texas, located at 2729 CR 305 in Navasota is hosting a Women's Self Defense Course on Saturday, May 22, 2021 from 3PM - 5PM.

This class will cover:
*Self defense techniques that can be utilized against the most common attack strategies
*Awareness principals, risk assessment, and verbal and psychological strategies to fend off an attacker
*How to set Safe Boundaries with others
