💙 Thank you, Mrs. Blakey, for stopping by the RattlerSingers choir room today and helping us get our year started off right!

Today, our students had the opportunity to dig into vocal pedagogy—the art and science of voice instruction. We explored how the singing voice works and how healthy vocal technique can help us become stronger, more confident singers.

There’s always something special about bringing another voice into the classroom and giving our students a new perspective. Thank you, Mrs. Blakey, for sharing your knowledge, energy, and expertise with our singers!

We need your help for the biggest game of the season! Please let us know if you or your child can work the game. Do you know someone that is need of volunteer service hours? This would be a great way for them to earn those hours!

First home game of the school year and the choir students did an excellent job of running that concession stand! The concession stand was non-stop for the first game- thanks for everyone that showed up!

We are excited to announce that Mr. Mincy has been selected to present at the Texas Music Educators Association (TMEA) Convention this February! 💙🖤🤍

Mr. Mincy will be co-presenting with Mineasa Nesbit, Choir Director at Burkburnett Middle School.

The TMEA Convention brings together thousands of music educators from across Texas and beyond, and we are so proud to have OUR RattlerSingers director representing Navasota High School on the TMEA stage!

Congratulations, Mr. Mincy and Mrs. Nesbit! We can’t wait to cheer you on in February! 👏🎶🐍
