Hey EPIC Family!

We just wanted to take a minute to check in on all of our EPIC families after the hurricane. We have been praying for each of you and your families, and we hope everyone is safe and doing well!
We would love for everyone to check in below and let us know you’re safe!
Also, if anyone has experienced damage, is without power, needs supplies, or just needs a helping hand with anything, please let us know! You can comment here or reach out to us privately.
One thing we love so much about EPIC is that we are more than just a school. We truly are a family, and we want to be there for one another, especially during times like these.
We know that storms can bring a lot of uncertainty, but we also know that God is always faithful! He is watching over us, providing for us, and carrying us through every storm.

“God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.” Psalm 46:1

We love you all and are so thankful for our EPIC family! Let’s continue to pray for one another and look for opportunities to be the hands and feet of Jesus to those who may need a little extra love and help right now.

EPIC Families,

After closely monitoring the storm and speaking with our weather partners at RedZone Weather, we’ve made the decision to close all Santa Rosa and Okaloosa County campuses tomorrow.

We feel this is the best decision for our EPIC family and gives our academic coaches and staff the time they need to take care of their families, homes, and any preparations they may need to make.

Please stay safe, stay weather aware, and take care of your families. We’ll continue monitoring the storm and will share any updates through ClassDojo.

Everyone is welcome to join us on Saturday, August 8th, from 10:00 AM–12:00 PM for a morning of hope, encouragement, and free resources for our community.

As we enter the final days before the 2026–2027 school year begins, we just want to say THANK YOU!
We have been incredibly blessed with so many new inquiries and enrollments, and we are excited to welcome both returning families and new families to EPIC Prep Academy.
Our team is working hard behind the scenes to finalize everything in our CRM system and transition all of our campus communications to ClassDojo
If you have recently inquired about EPIC and have not yet been contacted by a member of our enrollment team, please know that we are working through every inquiry as quickly as possible. For our enrolled families, keep an eye on your email! We will be sending out invitations to join your individual campus ClassDojo very soon.
Over the next several days, your respective Center Manager will also be reaching out to schedule a personalized meet-and-greet between your family and your student's Academic Coach. Rather than hosting one large open house, we've chosen to provide each family with a more personal and meaningful experience as we begin the school year.
