Hello, Raider families!
We have two important events to share with you as we continue an exciting week at Navarre High School.
First, we invite all of our families to join us for Open House this Thursday evening from 5:00 to 6:30 PM. This is a great opportunity to walk your student’s schedule, visit classrooms, and meet their teachers.
While you’re here, parents and guardians will also have the opportunity to vote for this year’s School Advisory Council parent representatives. In addition, anyone who is already an approved school volunteer—or who is interested in becoming one—is invited to attend volunteer training at 6:00 PM in the Media Center.
Then, on Friday, we’ll hold our first pep rally of the year during 6th period as we get ready to cheer on our Raiders against the Washington Wildcats in our home opener Friday night!
Students who do not wish to attend the pep rally have two options: they may remain in the cafeteria during the pep rally, or they may check out of school beforehand.
If your student plans to check out before the pep rally, please send a written check-out note with them on Friday morning. All check-out notes must be submitted before the end of 1st period. For your convenience, we will have a table set up Friday morning in Café 1, where students can turn in their notes and receive the designated check-out pass they will need to leave campus.
Please remember that students will not be permitted to leave campus at the time of the pep rally unless they have received this designated check-out pass in advance.
We appreciate your help in making our first pep rally run smoothly, and we hope to see you at Open House Thursday evening and back on campus Friday night as we cheer on our Raiders!
