1st Offense - No Charge to student

Students will be charged after 1st offense by working through Ben Chavez's Office.

Damaged Dell

1st Offense - Laptop will be replaced or repaired by Dell at no charge to the student.

Students will be charged for damages after 1st offense by working through Ben Chavez's Office.

Laptop Cases

Students should be charged $32.00 for missing laptop cases.

Dell Charger

Students should be charged $35.00 for missing or damaged Dell chargers.



Damaged IPad

1st Offense – IPad will be replaced at no cost to the student. Students will be charged for damages by working through Ben Chavez’s Office.

Hotspots

Students will be charged $72.00 for lost or stolen hotspots. Families should be charged $20.00 for missing hotspot chargers. Please inform your technician regarding lost or stolen hotspots so we can get the missing devices deactivated.





Parents should make out checks or money orders to Gallup McKinley County Schools for fines incurred. Checks or money orders should be turned into Jennifer Lee in the Business Office.

PROCESS FOR LAPTOP CHECK-IN
June 21-24, 2021

Navajo Pine High School/Navajo Middle School students in grades 6-12 will be scheduled by last names to check in a laptop, Hotspot, laptop bag, sports equipment/clothes, and check out of school June 21-24, 2021.
One parent/Guardian/Adult and student(s) who are actively enrolled are both required to provide signatures on required forms for a laptop. Please do not bring other family members with you. Only 1-parent and student(s) who are actively enrolled will be allowed into the building.
All students in grades 6-12th with last names that begin with the assigned alphabet will report to the high school gym as assigned. Please do not miss your appointment. However, if you missed your appointment, please come on June 22 at 12:30pm to June 24th to return all items.
