A little Friday inspiration for our 2027 theme: Mystical Forest 🌲✨

Whether you're incorporating natural textures, fairy lights, fantasy armor, or botanical accents, we can't wait to see how everyone brings this theme to life across the convention floor.

Drop an emoji in the comments that represents your theme cosplay! 🌿✨🍄

Hey there Katsucon fans!

We know some of you have been wondering where our VIP tickets are for this year. Fear not! We're working hard to create an experience we are proud of and most importantly, one that you all deserve.

For the 2027 convention year, VIP tickets will not be available. Instead, we're excited to introduce the Ninja Pass, featuring some of the best perks VIP had to offer, including early admission and perfect panel seating.

Ninja Passes will be limited and available as an add-on purchase, at the door, for registered badge holders. More details about the Ninja Pass will be available at katsucon.org soon.

As always, keep an eye on our social media pages and website for updates on Ninja Pass pricing, badge pricing, tier release dates, and more!

We are deeply saddened by the recent passing of two influential figures in the voice acting community who brought so many iconic characters to life.

Mike McFarland was a cherished friend of Katsucon, joining us as a guest many times over the years (2006, 2007, 2010, 2011, 2015, and 2020). Known for his iconic work across major series like Dragon Ball Z and One Piece, Mike was always an absolute delight to host and work alongside. His warmth, talent, and generosity left a lasting impact on our staff and attendees alike. We extend our heartfelt condolences to his family, friends, and fans.

We also join the community in mourning the loss of Peter Cullen, legendary voice actor best known for voicing Optimus Prime in the Transformers franchise. While Peter never joined us as a guest at Katsucon, his legendary work shaped generations of fans and voice performers.

Thank you both for the magic, passion, and memories you brought to our community. You will be deeply missed.
