ARNIS - Filipino Martial Arts Arnis is a sport that employs either bladed weapons, lances, staff, cane or empty hands for both defense and offense.

Experienced martial art artists can see the elements of Karate, Kung-Fu, Jiu-Jitsu, Akido, and Kendo in the art of MODERN ARNIS. To the spectator ARNIS is as fascinating as European Fencing. Body maneuverability and the lighting speed needed in wielding the ARNIS sticks requires movement that is twice as fast as Karate or Kung-Fu.
