Someone said to me yesterday, “ Dude you are really letting yourself go, grey hair, and all the wrinkles. Go color your hair and get some micro needling or something” adding ha ha I am just joking. I laughed initially a nervous shocked laugh. Then I said, you know what that was not very nice of you to say that, second I am loving this version of me, I gotta go say hi to …. And left.🎉
Why do we let the masses and beauty brands decide what beauty is? And what gives people right to comment on other people’s appearances?
Not looking for sympathy or your support here, just sharing this so you know. Don’t let others tell you what beautiful looks like. If you are comfortable in your skin, you are beautiful. I had filmed this before I left for the event to share in the story about the lines on my forehead as I have been in denial about wearing my glasses more often😂I need to wear them for my eyes more than the wrinkles
