Your kid trains their sport. We train the athlete.

COMPTRAIN Youth builds the foundation underneath whatever they love to do—strength, athleticism, confidence, resilience, and healthy habits that extend far beyond the gym.

And because health is about more than training, we teach kids to take ownership of all 5 Factors of Health:

TRAIN. EAT. SLEEP. THINK. CONNECT.

The goal? Stronger, healthier, more capable kids—in sport and in life.

**Fall begins September 8, and registration is officially OPEN.**

Classes run Monday–Thursday in 75-minute blocks, and families can choose 1–4 training days per week.

Classes are capped at 18 athletes, so register early to lock in the days and times that work best for your family.

**Registration link in bio.**

COMPTRAIN YOUTH is back September 8.

This fall, we're introducing a new format designed to give families more flexibility and athletes more opportunities to train consistently.

• 75-minute classes
• Monday–Thursday
• Two class times: 3:45–5:00 PM and 5:00–6:15 PM
• Choose 1–4 training days each week
• Small class sizes (18 athletes max)

We're also moving to a year-round membership model, so we will no longer follow the Natick Public Schools calendar. Instead, classes will run on our regular Monday–Thursday schedule throughout the year, with any planned changes around major holidays and vacation weeks communicated well in advance.

Registration opens soon. Start thinking about which days work best for your family, and keep an eye out for registration details over the next week.

One of the hardest parts about being a middle schooler?

You’re trying to figure out who you are…
while also desperately trying not to stand out.

And unfortunately, many of the things that actually create long-term health ARE counter-cultural right now.

Going to bed early.
Getting 10 hours of sleep.
Eating real food.
Training consistently.
Getting outside.
Choosing friends intentionally.
Doing internal work like breath work, recovery work, learning your triggers, and becoming more self-aware.

To a middle school or high school kid?
That can feel “weird.”

Which is why this message from a COMPTRAIN Youth parent meant so much to us.

“I was nervous that COMPTRAIN would be a super competitive atmosphere, but instead I have really noticed the positivity and general good vibes of the program. He is devoted to his classes and sad when he has to miss them!! I really feel for him it's about the joy of moving your body without feeling like you are not good enough at something or as good as everybody else. Wherever you are is ok for you and you work on your own goals.”

Honestly…this is exactly what we hope kids feel when they walk through our doors.

Yes, we want them to get stronger.
Faster.
More athletic.
More capable.

But more than anything?

We want them to feel supported while becoming the kind of person who can thrive in a world that often pushes the opposite direction.

Because this stage of life is formative.
The habits.
The self-talk.
The confidence.
The standards.
The crew they surround themselves with.

It all matters.

And sometimes the strongest thing a kid can do is learn how to confidently choose a different path than the crowd around them.

We’re really proud of the culture inside these walls.
And deeply grateful for parents who trust us with their kids during such an important stage of life.

WE GET TO RUN OUTSIIIIIIDE 🙌🙌🙌

The below freezing, piled in snow, bone chilling days might be finally behind us. Maybe we’re falling into the trap of New England’s infamous “false spring” but dangit we’ll take what we can get!!

Order your sunscreen, because post-training patio sitting is on its way 🤩

We had a new member start up recently. During their Onboarding session where we review pull up technique, variations and modifications, they said “I’ve never seen so many women in one place with this level of upper body strength”

Ooh did that make us feel proud of our peeps 🤩

Our community shows up consistently.
They put in the work.
Our coaches guide them toward making progress.
We’re all just striving to be the best, most capable version of ourselves 💪😄

It’s never too late to get your first pull up!!

Meet Revathy N. 🤩

As quiet as a mouse, she always puts in the work with a smile!!

In her Onboarding, she had a lot of firsts:
- First Deadlifts
- First Strict Press
- First burpees 😮 (to name a few)

And in her training since then? Many, many more firsts and WINS because of it!!

Our days get a little brighter when she shows up, and all of us coaches are so proud of her for being brave enough to try something brand new, and determined enough to see the plan through.
