محتاجة بيئة أفضل.

على مدار السنين اكتشفت حاجة مهمة.

سواء كان:

• الهجرة لأمريكا

• بناء مسيرتي المهنية كأكتواري

• اجتياز الامتحانات الاكتوارية

• تعلم مهارات جديدة

الفرق الحقيقي غالبًا ما كانش في الذكاء أو الموهبة.

كان في البيئة المحيطة.

الناس اللي حواليك بتأثر على:

✔ اللي بتؤمن إنه ممكن

✔ المدة اللي هتكمل فيها

✔ وهل هتستسلم ولا تواصل وقت الصعوبات

علشان كده لما أبص على أي فرصة جديدة…

ما ببصش بس على المنتج أو فكرة المشروع.

لكن كمان أبص على:

✅ نظام واضح

✅ تدريب منظم

✅ مينتورز عندهم خبرة

✅ مجتمع داعم

✅ ناس بتبني فعلاً مش مجرد بتتكلم

لأن النجاح بيبقى أسهل بكتير لما ما تكونش بتحاول تعمل كل حاجة لوحدك.

One thing I’ve learned over the years:

Most people don’t need another opportunity.

They need a better environment.

Whether it was:

• Moving to America

• Building my actuarial career

• Passing difficult actuarial exams

• Learning new skills

The biggest difference was rarely talent.

It was environment.

The people around you influence:

✔ What you believe is possible

✔ How long you keep going

✔ Whether you quit or continue when things get difficult

That’s why whenever I evaluate a new opportunity, I don’t just look at the product or the business model.

I also look for:

✅ A clear system

✅ Proven training

✅ Experienced mentors

✅ A supportive community

✅ People who are actively building, not just talking

Because success becomes much easier when you don’t have to figure everything out alone.

One sentence in 5th grade changed my life.

I still remember it clearly.

During a conversation about the strongest students in class, someone looked at me and said:

“You’re not smart because you’re not in the Top 10.”

At the time, it hurt.

Not because it was meant to hurt me.

But because part of me wondered if it might be true.

That day, I made a decision.

Not to argue.

Not to complain.

And not to prove anyone wrong.

I decided to prove to myself what I was capable of.

I studied harder.

I paid more attention.

I became more disciplined.

And from that point on, I never left the Top 10 for the rest of my school years.

Looking back today, the lesson wasn’t about grades.

The lesson was about growth.

Sometimes a single comment becomes a turning point.

Sometimes the moment that challenges you becomes the moment that changes you.

The people who succeed in life are not always the most talented.

Many times, they’re simply the ones who decide not to stay where they are.

في الصف الخامس الابتدائي سمعت جملة ما زلت أتذكرها حتى اليوم.

“إنت مش شاطر لأنك مش من العشرة الأوائل.”

الجملة ضايقتني وقتها.

ليس لأنها كانت قاسية.

ولكن لأن جزءًا مني تساءل:

هل يمكن أن تكون صحيحة؟

في ذلك اليوم اتخذت قرارًا.

ليس أن أجادل.

وليس أن أشتكي.

وليس حتى أن أثبت لأحد أنه مخطئ.

قررت أن أثبت لنفسي ما أستطيع أن أفعله.

اجتهدت أكثر.

ركزت أكثر.

وأصبحت أكثر التزامًا.

ومنذ ذلك اليوم لم أخرج من قائمة العشرة الأوائل طوال سنوات الدراسة.

اليوم عندما أنظر إلى الخلف…

أدرك أن الدرس لم يكن عن الدرجات.

كان عن النمو.

أحيانًا جملة واحدة تصبح نقطة تحول.

وأحيانًا الموقف الذي يتحداك هو نفسه الموقف الذي يغير حياتك.

ليس كل الناجحين هم الأكثر موهبة.

كثير منهم فقط قرروا ألا يبقوا كما هم.

One thing I have learned over the years…

Some of God’s blessings arrive so gradually that we almost forget we once prayed for them.

There was a time when living in America was only a dream.

There was a time when becoming an actuary was only a goal.

There was a time when working from home felt impossible.

And yet, step by step, chapter by chapter, life moved forward.

Not perfectly.

Not quickly.

But faithfully.

Sometimes we become so focused on what is still missing that we forget to thank God for what He has already done.

تعلمت شيئًا مهمًا مع مرور السنين…

بعض النعم تأتي تدريجيًا لدرجة أننا ننسى أننا دعونا الله بها يومًا ما.

كان هناك وقت كانت فيه الهجرة مجرد حلم.

وكان هناك وقت كان فيه العمل الاكتواري مجرد هدف.

وكان هناك وقت بدا فيه العمل من المنزل أمرًا بعيد المنال.

لكن خطوة بعد خطوة…

وفصلًا بعد فصل…

فتح الله أبوابًا لم أكن أراها في ذلك الوقت.

أحيانًا ننشغل بما لم يتحقق بعد…

وننسى أن نشكر الله على ما تحقق بالفعل.

“باركي يا نفسي الرب ولا تنسي كل حسناته.”

The Next Chapter

At 55, I’ve learned something important.

A good income gives comfort.

But options give freedom.

For many years, I focused on building my education, my career, and providing for my family.

And I’m grateful for that journey.

But life has a way of teaching lessons we don’t expect.

Immigrating to a new country taught me resilience.

Losing a job after years with the same company taught me that security and certainty are not always the same thing.

And becoming older taught me that it’s never too late to learn something new.

Today, I still value my profession.

I still enjoy the work I do.

But I’ve also become interested in building additional options for the future.

Not because I’m trying to escape my career.

But because I believe having choices matters.

Choices create flexibility.

Choices reduce stress.

Choices allow us to respond when life changes.

في عمر 55 سنة، تعلمت شيئًا مهمًا.

الدخل الجيد يمنحك الراحة.

لكن الخيارات تمنحك الحرية.

على مدار سنوات طويلة، ركزت على التعليم والعمل وبناء مستقبل أسرتي.

وأنا ممتن جدًا لهذه الرحلة.

لكن الحياة تعلمنا دروسًا لا نتوقعها.

الهجرة علمتني الصمود.

وفقدان وظيفة بعد سنوات طويلة علمني أن الأمان الوظيفي واليقين ليسا دائمًا الشيء نفسه.

ومع التقدم في العمر أدركت أنه لا يوجد عمر متأخر لتعلم شيء جديد.

ما زلت أعتز بعملي ومساري المهني.

ليس لأنني أريد ترك عملي.

بل لأنني أريد مرونة أكبر.

وخيارات أكثر.

ومستقبلًا أوسع.

Maybe the next chapter isn’t about working harder.

Maybe it’s about creating more options.

What is one thing you’ve learned in this chapter of your life?

I did not start because I was certain.

I started because I wanted clarity.

When I first discovered this business model…

I had questions.

A lot of questions.

As an actuary, that’s normal.

I don’t make decisions based on excitement.

I research.

I learn.

I verify.

So my first step was simple.

I watched the free webinar.

It helped me understand the general idea.

But I still wasn’t sure.

That’s when I decided to invest the refundable $149.

Not to join.

Not to buy a business.

Not to make money.

To learn.

I watched the training videos.

I studied how the system works.

I looked at the products.

I reviewed the business model.

I explored the private community.

And most importantly…

I booked my coaching call and got answers to the questions that mattered to me.

Only after that did I feel informed enough to decide whether this path was right for me.

Looking back…

The most valuable thing I received wasn’t certainty.

It was clarity.

And clarity makes better decisions possible.

وهناك حصلت على إجابات واضحة للأسئلة التي كانت عندي.

اليوم لما أنظر للخلف…

أدرك أن أهم شيء حصلت عليه في البداية لم يكن اليقين.

بل الوضوح.

والوضوح يساعدنا على اتخاذ قرارات أفضل.

For three years…
every Monday started at 3 AM.

Not because I wanted to.

Because I had responsibilities.

At the time, I was teaching at a university.

Every Monday, I would wake up around 3 AM, leave home before sunrise, and travel for hours to teach.

Then I would return home exhausted.

And do it again the following week.

For three years.

People often see a degree.

A title.

A career.

A result.

What they don’t see are the mornings nobody applauded.

The sacrifices nobody noticed.

The commitments that had to be honored whether I felt motivated or not.

Looking back, those Mondays taught me something important:

Discipline is often more powerful than talent.

Most meaningful goals are not built in a single moment.

They are built one commitment at a time.

One early morning.

One difficult day.

One decision to keep going.

لمدة ثلاث سنوات…

كان يوم الاثنين يبدأ بالنسبة لي الساعة الثالثة صباحًا.

لم يكن الأمر سهلًا.

لكن كانت هناك مسؤوليات يجب أن أقوم بها.

كنت أسافر ساعات طويلة للتدريس ثم أعود مرهقًا إلى البيت.

وأكرر الأمر أسبوعًا بعد أسبوع.

الناس ترى النتيجة.

لكنها لا ترى دائمًا التضحيات التي سبقتها.

ولا الساعات الطويلة.

ولا الالتزامات التي نحافظ عليها حتى عندما لا تكون لدينا رغبة أو طاقة.

من أهم الدروس التي تعلمتها:

النجاح لا يأتي من الحماس المؤقت.

بل من الاستمرار في فعل ما يجب فعله حتى عندما يكون الأمر صعبًا.
