Avery has been a huge fan of his for many years. For him to receive that today speaks volumes to the kind of person Coach Cal is. Thank you so so much for sending Avery an autographed pic, Coach! Our fitness center got a makeover, and I’m late to the party for posting the end result. This fitness center is stunning & elite! Every day I come to work, I can look, literally anywhere on campus, and become overwhelmed with gratitude to get to serve at such a beautiful, student centered, elite high school campus! My first-born graduated from under the Saturday night lights this past weekend. How can that be?!?! I don’t know where the time has gone, but it feels like just yesterday he was always needing me to help him stop crying, to hold him til he fell asleep, to help him brush his teeth, etc. Now, he’s 18 years old and about to go 5 hours away to college. My heart can’t decide if it’s happy or sad - but what I know with certainty is that I am unbelievably proud of him! I love you ! God has got BIG plans for you!

A Boston College football coach was on our Ensworth campus today. A handful of our student athletes got to talk to this coach, AND, he spoke privately with my for a brief bit. The BC Coach made it clear through our head coach that Ashton has a committable scholarship offer to play 🏈 for Boston College .waiting for him this summer when recruiting conversations are allowed and active. This was his 3rd D1 offer so far. I’m crazy proud of Ashton, his hard work & commitment to play collegiate football at the highest level possible. 🧡🏈🐅🐅
