A Sanders Company is a multi-service firm providing people and culture, harm reduction and social responsibility strategy and thought partnership, policy creation organizational research, instructional design, training, executive coaching and mediation. Our organization is driven by the idea of generational and intentional financial and professional independence and empowers children (particularly

African American children) to use their interests and abilities to create their own space in the world. And we believe you don't have to be a grown-up to do it, either! Sanders, Jr.® is a fun place for jrPreneurs (and especially their parents) to create, find and/or share ideas and resources!
