Be aware of increase in scams! We have seen students and scholars fall victim to scams recently. Remember that if anyone calls you and asks for money or personal information, such as your SSN or copy of a passport, it is a scam. When in doubt, contact ISSS or VUPD immediately and we will confirm it. Once you have transferred any money to scammers, you will not get it back. Please remind your friends, colleagues, and classmates. Let me know if you have any questions - Julie Wilbers, Director of ISSS
