Here's another great children's book selection on the topic of mindful breathing. Consider reading this before naptime in your classroom. Additionally, you can make mindful breathing wands with simple materials like paper towel tube rolls, tape, streamers, stickers, and markers. What a great way to make your breath come to life! For further instructions on how to make the wand follow this link: https://kristinamarcelli.wordpress.com/.../make-your-own.../
