Southwestern Advantage Recognized with Prestigious Award for Marketplace Ethics

The Better Business Bureau serving Middle TN & Southern KY (BBB) has recognized Southwestern Advantage as the 2026 Better Business Bureau Torch Award for Marketplace Trust in the medium business size category.

“Being named a Torch Award winner is a remarkable achievement that reflects commitment to ethical business practices, outstanding customer service, and a strong dedication to building trust in the marketplace,” says Robyn Householder, President/CEO of the BBB.

Additionally, Southwestern Advantage was recognized as a charter member of the BBB since 1961. Established in 1998, the Torch Award is BBB’s highest honor, presented annually to businesses in Middle Tennessee and Southern Kentucky. This marks the second time Southwestern Advantage has been honored as a Torch Award winner. The first was in 2015.
