In professional American orchestras, Black musicians make up only a small percentage of performers. That reality helped inspire a vision: creating opportunities for our students to experience, explore, and excel in spaces where they have historically been underrepresented.

Today, what started as a dream now continues through every lesson, every performance, and every student who picks up an instrument and discovers what they’re capable of.
