We wrapped the year with Ellen McLaughlin’s harrowing adaptation of Euripides’s THE TROJAN WOMEN, a lament of the tragic aftermath of war for women and children in Ancient Troy and in all wars, even today.

In January, AND THEN THEY CAME FOR ME: REMEMBERING THE WORLD OF ANNE FRANK broke our hearts with its stark reminders of what love looks in the face of cruelty. And then it lifted us back up to do the hard work ahead of passing on history’s most dangerous lessons to future generations.
