Southwestern Advantage Highlander Group This page has been set up to give you an update on Highlanders group news and events, as well as to share great motivational content.

The Southwestern Company was established in 1855 and is a member of the Direct Selling Association in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. Each summer around 2,500 students from all over the world take part in our summer work program running their own businesses selling an educational study system comprising books, software and a new online learning programme called Southwestern Advan

tage. Our company headquarters are in Nashville, Tennessee; we have our International headquarters near Edinburgh, Scotland, from which our international operations are directed. The Highlanders were started in November, 1991 when Robin Mukherjee saw a poster advertising a ‘Sales and Management experience in the USA’. We now have a group that works with students and graduates around the world. We hope that many students will get the opportunity to travel all over the world, make some great friends and have a terrific life by building an international sales organisation. In 2013 the Highlander group selected around 200 students from Europe to spend their summers selling a innovative study system in California, Colorado, Arizona, Indiana, Arkansas, and Wyoming. In addition, we are excited to be teaming up with the students and student managers of Redline this year, from Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Vancouver and Florida – they truly are a force to be reckoned with!

Hello gang! Just found this old page. Hope all my favorite generations are well. Please can you like/share/promote my post looking for an office manager from my Robin Highlander page. You will need to click on that page though! We are open to applications from all over.

I’d be most appreciative, and will get on track with the Motivation updates! Apologies that I havent done many lately. It has been quite a year.
