We're hiring a Business Operations Intern in Nashville!

If you want an internship where your biggest responsibility is getting coffee, this isn't it.

In this role, you'll work directly with our Director of Operations & Finance and gain hands-on experience in operations, finance, HR, process improvement, and executive decision making. You'll help solve real business problems, analyze data, improve systems, and contribute to projects that have a measurable impact.

This is a paid, in-office internship (15–20 hours per week during the school year) with flexible scheduling around classes, opportunities for additional summer hours, and the potential to transition into a full-time Business Operations role after graduation.

We're looking for college students who:
