Here's some great process shots. When we bought this house there was moldy laminate over the original hardwood. We patched the hardwood, using pieces from other parts of the house and refinished the floors. They're gorgeous! With Katie Messenger

Big steps coming in 2020 in Louisville!
Yes, that *is* a giant bag of keys. I guess this is what we get when we buy an illegally zoned boarding house! There was even a story on the news about the newest acquisition to Doug and Kate’s portfolio. Now that they have purchased the building, they are going to redevelop it and make something beautiful for the neighborhood that will bring value to the area, and a safe place to live for anyone who moves in. It’s been a wild ride on this one, but I’m stoked for this property and what they’ll do with it!

Doug and Kate are passionate about revitalizing the community and these two properties allow them to bring 2 different ideas and designs to add value to this ever developing community. Our latest closing!
So very happy to report another successful for Doug and Kate. This beautiful remodel in Shelby Park sold quickly and above asking price. To this day, one of my favorite pieces of granite I have ever seen! Doug and Kate care immensely about making gorgeous homes while maintaining the original architectural integrity of these historic homes. I can’t wait to share their next project with you!
