Vanderbilt Trombone Studio

Save the date! Come join us on Sunday, October 19 at 3pm as the Vanderbilt Trombone Ensemble returns to the beautiful First Presbyterian Church of Franklin to perform a free community concert.

We will be joined by local trombone ensemble Bone Therapy, and the program will feature works by R. Strauss, Brahms, Nelhybel, Wilborn, Bernstein, and more! We’ll spotlight our student trombone chamber ensembles, and Prof. Jeremy Wilson will perform a solo feature as well.

We are so excited about the 4 student trombone recitals happening this semester 🤩 All of them are shaping up to be fantastic and varied programs, and we even have a double-header on October 25th!! The recitals are free, open to the public, and will also be livestreamed for folks who can’t make it to Turner Hall.
