I donāt think Patrick is innocent.
Did he do it? Maybe not.
But he WAS negligent.
He left his wife to deal with her post partum issues on her own. He left his kids in the care of someone who was in an unstable mental state (not just at the time it happened but repeatedly. Whenever he left the house).
Patrick is guilty of that at least, but the more I learn about this trial.. the more uneasy I feel that there might be even more to itā¦
Iāve avoided posting about the Lindsay Clancy trial, but itās gotten to the point where this trial has brought about more questions than answers⦠and THAT doesnāt happen in a straightforward case. Iām going to break it all down, but first:
This is so triggering for so many. So to all the moms who have lost their babies, to all the moms who have experiences PPD and PPP, I am so sorry you went through that. I am praying for you constantly as this trial progresses.
I am also praying for Lindsay, her kiddos in Heaven, and yes, even for Patrick. I can not imagine what they are going through.
Now, letās break this down.
Recently, we learned about the internet searches from the Surface Pro. Patrick admitted to looking up Tom T Hall (a musician who had committed su***de in 2021). From that Wikipedia page, whoever was on the computer then clicked on a hyperlink about su***de methods and another hyperlink about jumping off the bridge. Patrick admitted to the first search⦠Lindsay was at the doctor with her kids while these links were all accessed.
I feel like the most probable explanation is that all of these links were accessed by Patrick. And if that was the case, it definitely raises more questions.
Furthermore,
While Lindsay was in the hospital.. after everything when sheās finally able to speak..
The Trooper testifies that a psychiatrist.. came into the hospital.. had a private conversation with her.. Nobody heard what was being said and it was THEN later discovered (during an interview with Patrick) that, Lindsay made a phone call on the psychiatristās cell phone that day to tell him she killed the kids because of voices in her head. Iām sorry but this is raising all kinds of flags and warning bells.
(The theory is that the troopers discussed what they thought had happened with the psychiatrist. Who then suggested to Lindsay that thatās what happened and encouraged her to admit it to Patrick.
And the truth is, no matter how many times yall say she confessed. I truly believe that she doesnāt remember the act itself. Her confession is her saying sheās accepted what others have told her sheās done, knowing that she canāt trust her own mind, not that she knows herself that she did it.
And thereās more:
Patrick saying he found her on the ground saying āI tried to kill myselfā and when asked about the kids. She says ābasementā
NOT
āI killed the kids in the basementā
Also, Lindsayās words explaining that night on her civil lawsuit:
āThe suicidal hallucinations continued all day nonstop.ā
āwas thinking about dinner, asked Patrick about takeout, and looked at a map to see how long it would take because I did not want to be alone and needed help.ā
āLater in the afternoon, the voice began saying, āYou should harm the children.āā
āThe voice was a loud, demanding, repetitious voiceā
āThis is your last chance. Kill the children so you can kill yourself.ā
āexperiencing a dissociative, dream-like stateā
āFelt a forceā
āfelt an overwhelming, irresistible compulsion to complyā
āI lost all control. My body started acting without any control on my part. I was just following commands, āall action.ā This voice demanded action.ā
āHeard a compelling and unrecognizable singular male voiceā
āGo to God baby.ā
Iām just gonna let you take that in.
Now letās talk about the evidence:
1. Lindsayās DNA/ fingerprints are not on the bands (besides one) or knife.
2. Itās already been shown in court she didnāt jump, she was hanging out the window before falling.
3. There wasnāt possibly enough time in a 30 minute window to do what she did to those kids and herself and her body temp dropping that fast.
4. Baby was able to get a heartbeat back. Do you know the time frame you have to be able to do that in?
5. She did not take the medication in a way that screamed suicidal. Just one medication was elevated Quetiapine/Seroquel: about 1,800 ng/mL (a sleeping / antipsychotic)
6. Medications found in her toxicology report..
-Seroquel (twice usual prescribed dosage)
-Lamictal
-Remeron
-Trazodone
-Ativan
-Va**um
-Trazodone
7. The Apple Watch and the medications that were found later on by her lawyer in the night stand that was never seized by the cops.
* Lamictal
* Trazodone
* Remeron
* Seroquel
And of course the worst part: Lindsay wasnāt innocent until proven guilty. She was immediately assumed guilty so the police never thought to gather evidence that may have pointed to something (or someone) else happening.
Patrick Clancy got to move on and start a new life with a new family.
Lindsay is in shambles.
They stopped court so many times because she was screaming āI canāt do thisā and SOBBING
So, Regardless of theories
He neglected his wife and children by not caring more about her mental health. His neglect led to their deaths and he should be held responsible for that aspect at least.
