We want to celebrate our 2026 ISR Scholar Awardees! These seniors in the Interdisciplinary Science and Research program (https://vu.edu/isr) exhibit qualities that students develop throughout the program that extend beyond their research project and presentation.

Attention MNPS 8th graders! We are now accepting applications for next year’s 9th grade – the SSMV class of 2030.

NOTE: The information session has been RESCHEDULED to 1/27/26 from 5-6pm. You can hear more about the program from current and former students and ask questions.

This will be a virtual event and is open to parents, teachers, and younger students as well.

We are excited to congratulate Addison Johnson, Otto Watson-Brown and Mary Li for being named Top 300 Scholars in the Regeneron Science Talent Search 2026 competition!

This competition recognizes and empowers the nation’s most promising young scientists who are creating ideas and solutions that may solve our most urgent challenges. All three students are seniors at the SSMV and in Metro Nashville Public Schools.
