I last spoke in Manassas Park VA in 2018 and members of our team have provided PD there a few times since. But today was special because most of those people are still working there and it felt so good to reconnect. Superintendent Saunders who first hired my when she was in Manassas City, has cultivated a team of people who truly take care of each other. That was evident all day today in their conversations, their focus, their work, their tears. but most importantly, in their laughter. I can hardly wait to see the changes they make after today so in am cheer them on from afar. I got you friends!

ESU 7 Nebraska you were incredible! The time spent with you yesterday was fulfilling on so many levels for me. Love it when leaders commit to wanting to do betters for kids, staff, community, their families and most importantly, wanting to be better for themselves so they can continue to impact others at the highest level. You all were awesome! So grateful. See you again in July!

Truly grateful for the opportunity to return to TEPSA. I always leave this conference fulfilled and ready to continue the work to serve school leaders across the country.
