Come join Chinese Arts Alliance of Nashville’s Costumes Parade Ensemble and celebrate the 30th Anniversary of Celebrate Nashville!

CAAN’s Chinese Costumes Parade Ensemble is recruiting one-time members to be a part the 30th anniversary of the “Celebrate Nashville” parade at the Centennial Park on Saturday’s morning, Oct 3, 2026.

CAAN's founder and choreographer, Jen-Jen Lin, was part of Celebrate Nashville (formerly “Celebration of Cultures”) since it began at the Scarritt-Bennett Center. Click here for the Celebrate Nashville's history. https://celebratenashville.org/history-mission/

Over the years, Chinese Arts Alliance of Nashville (CAAN) has produced dances that used colorful and stylish costumes. We would like to showcase our collections of costumes at the parade.

Join us to celebrate this milestone of the city, the park and the community. You do not need to be of Chinese descent to join this parade ensemble.

Do you enjoy playing diabolo? Would you like to share this fun traditional art with children? We welcome anyone with diabolo experience or a passion for teaching to join our team and help students learn while having fun!
