At John A. Gupton College, we are proud to invest in the future of funeral service education. Through our endowment fund, we are able to provide meaningful financial support to our students each year.

📌 In 2023, 22 students received a total of $74,450 in endowment scholarships.
📌 In 2024, 14 students were awarded $48,662.50 in total.
📌 In 2025, 33 students were awarded $64,050 in total.

We’re committed to helping our students succeed—and we’re grateful to those who contribute to this ongoing effort.

A special thank you to our 1986 Gupton alumnus, Jeff Murphy, for sharing highlights of his experience as a student. Pictured alongside him is his wife, Stephane, who is a 2015 graduate of the college.

Today we pause to honor those who gave their lives in service to this country. The freedoms we enjoy each day were not given freely, but were earned through great sacrifice. We remember and thank those who came before us!
