We are excited to announce that we are making “Lend a Hand Friday” a permanent staple!

Starting September 11th we will be meeting weekly on Fridays in the room behind the library after drop off to tackle requests submitted by the teachers earlier in the week.

There is no weekly commitment - come once, come often or jump in whenever your schedule allows.

Mark the calendar for some chikin eatin on Tuesday September 22nd for our all day spirit day! Chick-fil-A Hermitage is a generous partner and we look forward to this day each year!!

So much is happening at Pennington! Last week we celebrated the beautiful life and legacy of Dolly Parton, and yesterday Ms. Gonzalez presented the PAWS Awards for August. These students were nominated by their teachers for Persevering, Acting Responsibly, Working Together, and Showing Stamina.
We love working with your students and appreciate all the support from our Pennington families!

We highly encourage you to attend as it's a great way to learn more about your teacher's classroom procedures, expectations, and gain valuable information about curriculum and homework that will benefit you and your student(s) all year long.

First Day of School: Tuesday, August 11
Student Drop off begins at 7:45 daily.

Dismissal times: PreK and K are half days on August 11 and August 12 (full days for all other grades). Full days for PreK and K begin August 13.

- PreK 11:10 (Tues and Wed)
- K 11:40 (Tues and Wed)
-1st-5th 3:10
