We did it, Lobos! 🎉🐺

We have officially wrapped up TNReady, and we couldn't be prouder of our students' hard work and focus!

But that’s not the only thing we are celebrating… we hit an incredible 99% average daily attendance during testing! 🤯🔥 That means our students showed up, ready to give it their all, day after day.

We want to send a massive THANK YOU to our amazing parents and families. Your dedication to getting your students here on time, making sure they were rested, and supporting them through this testing season made all the difference. We literally couldn’t have reached this milestone without your partnership! 💙💚

TCAP testing is almost here, and we are kicking off our TCAP Spirit Week: Battle of the Grade Levels this week!
Which grade level has the most school spirit??? 🏆 The grade with the most participation will earn daily points toward lunch!

Here is your official Spirit Week lineup:

💪 Monday: Working on Our Fitness! (Wear headbands, sweatbands, or hats!)
🎓 Tuesday: Academic All-Stars! (Dress in your favorite college team gear or college attire.)
✨ Wednesday: Neon Day! (Dress in your lightest and brightest colors!)
👯‍♀️ Thursday: Lobos Squared/Cubed! (Wear the same clothes as your besties!)
🔥 Friday: Favorite Fit Friday! (Dress to impress in your most favorite outfit!)

⚠️ Important Reminders:
Sweatpants and athleisure are permitted ONLY if they fit the daily theme.
If you are not participating in the theme, you MUST be in full school uniform.

To kick things off, we are celebrating Brain Awareness Week from March 16 - 20! Get ready to show off your brain power and school spirit with these daily themes:

🎧 Tuesday: Temporal Lobe (Hearing and Auditory) – Wear your favorite musician, artist, or band inspired outfit!

📚 Wednesday: Wernicke's Area (Language Comprehension) – Wear your favorite language or literature inspired outfit!

💜 Thursday: Alzheimer's Awareness – Wear purple to show support!

💙 Friday: Light It Up Blue (Neurodivergent) – Wear blue to show support!

Wow, Lobos! What an incredible start to our Black History Month Spirit Week! Today, we kicked things off with Black Excellence Day, and it was inspiring to see everyone dressed up as powerful Black leaders and activists!

The celebration continues all week long! Here is what is coming up next:

Tuesday: HBCU/College Day (Celebrate Historically Black Colleges and Universities!)

Wednesday: Black Music & Sports Day (Celebrate Black music artists and athletes!)

Thursday: Proud Roots Day (Wear African prints or red, black, and green!)

Friday: Unity & Empowerment Day (Wear ALL BLACK for unity and pride!)

⚠️ Friendly Reminder: Students who are not participating in Spirit Week must come dressed in standard school uniform, with no exceptions.
