Presenting concerts of music by students at the Blair School of Music throughout the year! The Vanderbilt University Composers Forum consists of undergraduate composers studying composition at the Blair School of Music in Nashville, TN. The composers have their works performed regularly, attend music festivals, and frequently continue their studies at top graduate programs in composition.

On April 18th at 8pm, come to Turner Hall or tune in on the livestream to hear the collaborations between the low brass and composition studios! Each composer worked with a trombonist, tubist, or chamber group to write a new work that will be premiered in the first ever TUBONIUM CEREMONIUM! Mark your calendars!

The concert will feature new music written and performed by Blair students and faculty, as well as a special tribute performance of Professor Sally Ahner's "Last Night as I was Sleeping." Celebrate Valentine’s Day at the wind symphony concert tomorrow evening! Directed by Thomas Verrier, the ensemble will premiere a pice by junior composition major Noah Hudson-Camack. The piece will also be performed at the prestigious College Band Directors National Association conference in Athens, GA.
