Hello ladies from the Class of 72'!!! I guess y'all saw where Sam got the men from our Class together so Mary Talley and I met the other day to get us girls together for a informal lunch. Our classmate, Lee Hall, lost his mother on Saturday. I knew both his parents a bit (Doug posting this) and I'd have to say that though Lee loved his dad "Pop" Raymond, tremendously, his mom, Leona was the most powerful influence on him.

Leona Mae Hackney Hall passed away on Saturday, May 23, 2026. She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Raymond W. Hall. Her parents were Walter Roscoe Hackney and Delia Christian Hackney, of Mount Juliet, Tennessee. She is survived by her son, Lee Hall and her brothers,

Hey everyone, it was suggested in 2024 that we have a GHS Band reunion every 3 years so next year 2027 will be the year. I really would like to have some help getting in touch with as many people, across every year, to attend. My phone lists, email lists, and Facebook lists are very outdated. Due to my declining health, I am not sure how many more reunions I will be able to manage so could we put together a group or committee this year? Those who know me know that I love the GHS Band.
