Our senior spotlight for this week is Noah Savley!

Noah has been a student at DCA since 8th grade. He currently serves as the Student Council Director of Finance and Fundraising and is on the Varsity Football and Wrestling teams. His favorite things about DCA are the friendships and opportunities a smaller school and smaller classes provide. After graduation, Noah plans to go to college to study Construction Science and become a project manager.

Our Sept 1 deadline to sign up for the Brian L. Peterson Soccer Tournament is approaching! Please join us for this amazing day benefitting the DCA soccer team and the Tennessee Special Olympics. We will have family fun events and a great day of soccer! ⚽️ 💙💛

The Brian L. Peterson Memorial Soccer Tournament will be held on September 12th from 9-1 p.m. and is a community-focused alumni event with proceeds benefiting Special Olympics Tennessee and the Donelson Christian Academy Soccer Program.
Teams may be co-ed and include players of any age. Each team may have only one active current student (no in-season high school girls soccer players due to TSSAA rules) and must include at least one DCA alum or one friend/family member connected to DCA. Families are encouraged to attend and spectator admission is free!

This tournament honors the legacy of long-time DCA supporter and family member Brian L. Peterson while strengthening the DCA soccer family and supporting Special Olympics Tennessee.

Team Registration (up to 5 players): $150
Individual Registration (will be assigned a team): $40

Every registration includes:
• Tournament T-shirt
• One hot dog and drink voucher
• Participation in tournament activities

Format:
• Separate Competitive and Recreation Divisions
• Teams consist of 5 rostered players competing in a 3v3 format
• Pool Play followed by Knockout (Playoff) Brackets

Leeya has been a student at DCA since 9th grade. She currently serves as the Student Council Executive Vice President and Senior Class President, is a Student Ambassador, is a member of Varsity Girls Tennis, and is a member of the National Honor Society. Her favorite part of DCA is Friday Night Lights! After graduation, Leeya plans to pursue a career in the medical field.

Our very first Senior Spotlight of the year is Owen Ban!
Owen has been a student at DCA since Kindergarten. He currently serves at the Executive President of Student Council, is on the Varsity Football team, Wrestling team, and Track and Field team. His favorite part of DCA is the community and brotherhood he has experienced during his time at DCA. After graduation, Owen plans to go to college, work in the medical field, travel, and enjoy life!
