What is my WHY? My why is in helping others (my clients, my friends, my community) be fulfilled in being the person they want to be. Set BIG goals, have BIG dreams and have BIG plans. Each person has to show-up for this journey ready to do the work but never losing site of their authentic self. The work can be difficult, but it will always move you to that next place.
During these tumultuous and seemingly dark times, I feel Life and Leadership Coaching is one of the absolute greatest tools we can lean into, especially in the LGBTQ+ community, to get laser focused and have a plan.
What is your WHY??? In the coming days, I want us to dive more into our whys? Our values and our inspiration. There is never a better time than NOW to get started. +

I'm back and so happy to be here~!
People often asked, "why do I need a coach?" My answer to that is... "because change and pushing forward is often incredibly daunting and over whelming. With a coach you (1) develop a plan, YOUR plan, of identifying what needs to be done and when it needs to happen and (2) It's about not doing it all alone. It's crazy powerful having the right support system in place to help you break through the big challenges and achieving the bigger successes.
In coaching with clients my hope is that it builds awareness, empowers choice, and leads to the change they want to happen in their own lives.
