Ll’Nia “The Book Girl” Hermon

As my last day starts, I want to thank the ENTIRE Davenport, Moline, Peoria, Galesburg and Monmouth communities for welcoming me with open arms to do my summer internship with Southwestern Advantage. Being from the Caribbean and exploring new places has been such a dream come true, even if it’s only been two states. I’m eternally grateful for all the families I’ve met, all the people I know I’ll have in my life as it continues, all the moms I know I can call on if I need help. I’m so grateful for every single person I’ve met. I’m blessed and truly thankful to all the families I’ve been able to serve this summer, whether it’s with education or just me chatting their ears off or them just talking.

I’m also so very thankful for my host families and all they’ve done for me. I’m blessed to have amazing roommates and a roof over my head during my stay.

Thank you guys for such an amazing summer!!

The Wamer’s got the my books for their grandkids to keep up with their education. They are super into teaching their kids more languages!!‼️🔥

Mrs. Daxon got the my books and the my fun with words because education is so advanced in technology that the books are a good change of pace!!🔥‼️

Paige and Jessie got the my books for little Maverick because they like to keep him educated so he starts early and stays ahead!!‼️🔥

Ms. Jessica got the my books for her daughter to help her learn a lot more!,🔥‼️

Mrs. Jacob’s got the global academy for her kids Audrey (3rd), Mathew(1st), Olivia because it was easy to use especially when they are on the road and out so it teaches them something. They’ll have loads of fun!”‼️🔥

Ms. Reshea got the My books and the ask me books because she values her son Liam’s(k) education and values mine as well!!🔥‼️

Mrs. Fousseni got the Explore and Learns for her kids so they can read a lot more and be more smart!!‼️🔥

Ms. Hodges got the Ask me books and the global academy for her daughters Delilah(5th), Taniya(4th) to keep them working during the summer and to keep their minds moving!!🔥‼️

Montana and Kris got the my books keep up with their kids learning before they start school!

Ms. Eula got some my books for her son to keep his brain working through the summer!! He can learn his sight words and have fun doing it!!
