We believe the biggest impact can be created by a simple smile, warm greeting, and friendly conversation. Hosting alumni events on campus gives Ambassadors a chance to bridge the gap between current and former Belmont students. Our red blazers allow us to stand out among the student body as full supporters for the growing community of Belmont Alumni. As a part of the Office of Alumni Relations, Am
bassadors host various events on campus involving the Alumni Office, the Office of Development, the President's Office, and many more. Some of the events that Ambassadors help host each year and have hosted in the past include, trustee meetings, reunions, Christmas at Belmont, the President's Concert, basketball suites, and many others. Many of the events the Ambassadors host give campus visitors an opportunity to meet students in an environment where typically students are not present. Recruitment and applications are available during the Spring semester. The application process includes being a full-time student who has completed one semester at Belmont, possesing a 3.0 GPA, and interviewing with the interview committee. A campus announcement will be made when applications are available.
