The Foot Sweep! This a fun drill for kids to build the coordination for the takedown.

He got into jiujitsu through his friends who started training, and now he’s a blue belt!!

Jesse and his 6 kids all train Jiu-Jitsu with us. First getting his son into bjj for disciplinary reasons turned into a family on their own BJJ journey. From fitness to self defense this family is a cornerstone to our gym and culture!
