Today, I helped chaperone 55 Antioch High School students for the Discover Accounting seminar at Belmont University, with several Belmont University - The Jack C. Massey College of Business professors. I ran into Dr. Alleyne, my former accounting professor, and Lydia, a former student and co-president of our DECA Bears!

Thank you PENCIL and Metro Nashville Public Schools for hooking up our teachers with swag bags and we head back into the trenches!

Takeaway: We have so much knowledge in Education, but our biggest challenge is… Marketing! Band names have figured out how to sell to young people, now it’s our turn.
